Back to nature, back to simplicity, back to a healthy body. A healthy body that feels lighter, sharper, and filled with fresh energy. A body that makes us more receptive to the simple things in life.

The Body means learning to understand your body’s signals more clearly. It gives you a solid foundation to rely on—especially if you also plan to follow the Remind course. After all, concepts like focus and mental clarity mean little without this foundation.

As a bonus, this introduction also offers a taste of mindset training, with exercises designed to strengthen motivation in a sustainable way. They give you an extra anchor to keep going when things get challenging.

Sleep is essential—everyone knows it, intuitively, yet we still massively underestimate its impact on the brain and our entire mental ecosystem. Sleep isn’t just about rest; it’s a critical process for cognitive recovery, physical health, mood regulation, and overall well-being.

You’ll get practical exercises to help you fall asleep faster, reduce overthinking, and optimize your hormonal balance. We’ll also explore how sleep supports recovery, brain growth, and a stronger immune system.

And good sleep doesn’t just mean waking up refreshed—it’s also about optimizing your energy. You’ll be more productive, sharp and focussed. You’ll sleep your way to the top. 

For now, you have little to no control over the thoughts that jump around in your mind. But you can influence the quality of your thinking by creating the right infrastructure—both in your daily environment and inside your brain. And what you eat plays a much bigger role than you might expect.

If you want to perform at your peak—physically and mentally—you’re not going to get there eating hamburgers. Nutrition literally builds your brain’s structure and directly impacts your behavior, decisions, mood, and mental health.

In this module, we’ll dive into topics like fasting, sugar, neuroplasticity, priming, ideal grocery choices, optimal meals, the microbiome, and simple strategies to refuel your energy.

Our bodies carry millions of years of wisdom, yet how often do we truly listen? These days, we’re mostly stuck in our heads, while every bit of tension, every breath, and every posture quietly reveals something about our mental and emotional state.

Movement can be a powerful gateway to growth—physical, mental, and sometimes even spiritual. Whether you want to build strength, develop your mindset, or climb out of a depressive low, it can begin with a body in motion.

The body speaks, and in this module, we’ll step out of the mind and back into the body. We’ll explore the science, practical training methods, the power of nature, and how movement shapes the quality of our relationships and our lives. There’s also a special guide dedicated to staying active and flexible later in life.

In this chapter, Carmen Gloria will guide you through a series of videos on posture, stretching, stress release, and flexibility. With over 20 years of experience in Pilates, Yoga, and Contemporary Dance, Carmen offers a deeply practical approach to reconnecting with your body.

Breathing is natural—and we want to keep it that way. No flashy breathing gymnastics or complicated yoga techniques, just simple, practical, and relaxed breathing.

These days, too many people breathe shallow and rushed, high in the chest. This type of breathing is linked to stress and tension. In this module, we’ll break that pattern and return to a natural, deeper breath—one that brings more calm, focus, and mental clarity.

You’ll learn how breathing works within mindfulness and get practical techniques you can use right away: during stress, panic, exercise, traffic, or simply when you need to slow down. You’ll also get a gentle introduction to breathing as a gateway to your (perhaps first) meditations.

When you’ve truly committed you will feel the difference. Your body feels lighter. It feels refreshed.  You’ll feel more confident, feel like you have something to fall back on. Energy flows more freely, no longer chasing the next hit of instant gratification. From there, a natural sense of calm can begin to arise.

In this final chapter, you’ll receive practical tips to bring everything together and refine it further.

A healthy body isn’t a temporary goal; it’s a way of living. It’s something you anchor into, something you can rely on—even amid the current chaos and noise of everyday life. This chapter doesn’t just mark the end of this journey; it signals a new beginning. The transition toward the mental landscape, to also become mentally fresh and new.

How long do i have access

You have lifetime access, as long as the course is available. You set your own pace and choose which exercises you want to keep using. The courses are not static – they evolve over time. Whenever there are new scientific insights or additional exercises, the course is updated, so you’ll always benefit from the latest developments.

There’s no fixed timeline. One size does not fit all – especially when it comes to personal growth. On average, you can expect to spend at least three months going through the material and experimenting with the exercises. But that doesn’t mean you’ll be “done” by then.

Over time, many exercises naturally become part of your daily life – they stop being “course exercises” and simply become part of who you are. How long that takes is different for everyone. It’s not about ticking boxes quickly, but about gradual integration. You’ll feel when the principles have become second nature and start flowing effortlessly.

Each course includes multiple self-recorded videos covering content, stories, science, and practical exercises. We also use carefully selected third-party videos to reinforce certain ideas. If any of those are in English, a Dutch translation or written summary is provided.

In addition, you’ll find physical practice videos covering themes such as stretching, HIIT, strength training, yoga, and pilates – all simple tools you can keep using to stay balanced in both body and mind.

Yes, there are many exercises – but they’re not mandatory. The course offers plenty of context and explanation, so you understand why an exercise works. Experimentation is key. Even though you’ll encounter powerful theories and insights (both scientific and spiritual), this is not an intellectual showcase. It’s about doing, feeling, and experiencing for yourself.

You don’t have to follow everything in order. Do what resonates and fits your lifestyle. And if your lifestyle needs changing? That’s exactly what the exercises are for. So don’t worry about obligations – you’re free to choose what suits you. With commitment and a genuine desire to grow, the right exercises will naturally find you.

That depends entirely on how you engage with the material. The exercises are designed to challenge you, not to overwhelm.
Some are more physically demanding, while others focus on mental clarity, awareness, or relaxation. You choose the intensity and frequency that match your level and lifestyle.

In a personal conversation of about half an hour, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions that are specifically relevant to you. Maybe you’re stuck on a particular theme, need a new strategy, want to make lifestyle adjustments, or are looking for feedback to deepen certain exercises. This is a moment to explore what you need more deeply.

In short, a one-on-one session is tailored to your personal needs. No standard talk, but a direct and practical approach to whatever you’re struggling with—or whatever you want to get more out of.
