In this course we do a reset. We create a natural foundation with potential to make mental clarity possible. We don’t see the body and mind as seperate worlds — they form one whole. What happens with one affects the other. 

From this foundation you can move with confidence toward the Remind course, into the mental landscape, which is more complex and subtle. But first the body. First the concrete. First, become sensitive and receptive again. Less dependent on external stimuli. Strong, but flexible. Your body is a temple with tremendous wisdom. We can tap into this wisdom, into its presence.

REMIND

Remind is like a “software update” for your brain. It’s an upgrade, a renewal that you can apply wherever you want. In your family, work, sports, or peak performance in any field.

Remind makes you more energetic and sharper, but it’s not an easy ride. Be prepared for that. We create a new mindset, one that suits you as an individual. And when you dive beneath the surface, who knows — it may even create space to reconnect with something deep inside you. Maybe, just maybe, you feel it sometimes, that there is something. It’s of a different order, but there’s too much mental noise to recognize it, let alone act on it.
